Online Shop Delivery
UK Standard Delivery:
Should take upto 3 working days (excluding public holidays) but in most cases quicker.
Cost is £3.75.
Completed by a Royal Mail or a Courier.
You can pick up any items ordered online from the following address without any delivery charges. All products available online or in our pharmacy are eligible.
NHS Prescription Service Delivery
We offer a free delivery service for your NHS prescription items. We may be able to deliver the same day we receive your prescription if you require it. This will depend on where you need the delivery to arrive (please contact us to find out more). Private prescription items will incur a charge which is calculated from the item(s) and the delivery address.
Deliveries are usually made Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays). It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive the delivery and sign for items that require a signature on delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, or to addresses that are outside the UK Mainland.
*Same-day delivery – this service is available to some areas (please contact us to find out more). We need to receive your prescription by 11:00 am. If received after this we can fulfil most common prescriptions but may need to order some item(s) for next the day. Some items by their nature require special manufacture or are not readily available and so will not be available same day but we will try for delivery as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
Returns can only be initiated back to us once you have had confirmation from our Customer Care team that the category of goods can be accepted back. You can initiate a return within 30 days.

If your return gets approved, our team will provide you with a Tracked returns label at no cost to you provided your item qualifies as an item that can be returned. Under the medicines regulations we cannot accept medicines back as standard due to storage conditions being unvalidated at recipients address.
If a return label is issued by our team, the parcel should contain:
- The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition
- Your original invoice
You will need to pay for the postage but we will supply a free postage label if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item received is faulty or unfit for purpose.
If you are not in and the package is returned to us, we will refund you minus the postage cost, irrespective if you qualified for free shipping.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting. Please allow at least two days for your goods to reach us. Please note that we are not able to give exchanges for goods returned by post, and you should allow 14 days to receive your refund. Please safely dispose of any broken glass before returning an item to us.
