Directions for Use:

• Dispense the desired amount of gel. The quantity required may vary based on the size of the painful or swollen area. Typically, an amount equivalent to a 1 to 2 pence coin should suffice.
• Gently massage the gel into the affected area with pain or swelling.
• Apply 3 to 4 times daily, ensuring not to exceed more than 4 applications within a 24-hour period.
