Usage Instructions

For Adults and the Elderly:

• Take 1 to 2 tablets at bedtime.
• Start with the lowest dose and increase if necessary. Once regularity is restored, reduce the dosage and discontinue use.
• Do not use continuously for more than 7 days.

Note: Not suitable for children or adolescents under 18 years old. If there is no bowel movement after three days of increasing the dose, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
