Eurax 10% Cream provides fast-acting and long-lasting relief from itchy and irritated skin caused by various conditions such as allergies, eczema, and insect bites. Its active ingredient, Crotamiton, ensures relief for up to 10 hours.

Usage Instructions

Adults and the Elderly:

• Apply to the affected area 2-3 times daily.
• For new users, start with the lowest dose and increase if necessary. Once regularity is achieved, reduce the dosage and eventually stop.

Children Over 3 Years:

• Consult a doctor before use and do not apply more than once a day.

Important Notes:

• Do not use on children under 3 years without consulting a doctor.
• Avoid use during pregnancy. Consult a doctor if breastfeeding or if suffering from genital itching.
• Ensure the affected area is clean and dry before application.
• Do not use in or around the eyes, on broken skin, or for weeping skin conditions.

Warnings and Precautions

• Fire Hazard: Avoid smoking or going near naked flames after application. Clothing and bedding that have come into contact with the cream can be a serious fire hazard.
• Allergic Reactions: Contains stearyl alcohol and methyl hydro­xyb­en­zoate, which may cause local skin reactions or allergic reactions. Stop use and seek medical help if symptoms like difficulty breathing, swelling, or severe skin irritation occur.
• Interactions: While generally safe, always consult a healthcare professional before combining with other medications.
• Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C and do not use after the expiry date. Use within 12 months of opening.

Possible Side Effects

• Common: Itching, rash, skin reddening, eczema, and swelling of the face or throat.
• Rare: Difficulty breathing or swallowing, severe itching with a red rash or raised bumps.
