Each Celebrity Slim Meal Replacement Shake sachet contains a nutri­ti­onally balanced combination of protein, carbo­hyd­rates, fats, vitamins and minerals, to sustain your energy while you lose weight.

Directions: Add the contents of the sachet to 250ml of cold water in a shaker. Shake well for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

For an extra fruity smoothie try adding a handful of your favourite fresh or frozen berries and blend in a blender. Berries are very low in calories but packed full of vitamins, minerals and flavour.
